I have 30 years of extensive frontline property experience, from buying, selling, negotiating, advising and coordinating property transactions throughout London and the Home Counties. 

From entry level apartments, to multi million pound Prime Central London or Country Estates, through to land, off-plan buy-to-lets and complete development investment portfolios. I have sourced, negotiated, managed, purchased and sold numerous projects throughout the spectrum of properties and market conditions.

I have experienced multiple market corrections, booms and fluctuations and have a wisened eye for future moods and trends. 

I have worked at Director level for a number of leading Estate Agencies, both corporate and independent and have owned, run and sold businesses throughout my career.

I have a clear and detailed knowledge of the industry, warts and all and know most of the industry tricks, omissions, pitfalls, jargon and secrets, which are designed to maximise the best and the worst properties on the market and always to get the highest prices from a sometimes unsuspecting and unprepared buying public.

I can’t eliminate all risks or problems, but I can certainly promise to support and represent you with total focus, commitment and integrity, to ensure you find the best property available, at the best possible price and without being exposed to the many unpredictable scenarios throughout the process.   

I limit my service to no more than three active clients at any given time, so you will only always be dealing with just me. I often work under NDA’s, and am available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week (I do need to sleep sometimes, but the phone is always on)
